Terms of Service

Last updated: September 2026

These Terms govern your access to and use of SAMT (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you accept these Terms for that organisation.

1. The Service

SAMT is a campaign and messaging workspace for managing recipient audiences and lists, checking supported mobile numbers, and sending messages over WhatsApp, SMS and email.

Depending on the deployment and channel, messages may use a provider account you connect or a SAMT-managed messaging service. SAMT sends only in response to authorised account activity and remains subject to recipient, sender-identity, provider and platform safety controls.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

Public accounts can be created directly. Email ownership must be verified before the account can be reviewed for activation by the SAMT platform owner. Once approved, the customer receives access to the workspace. Accounts created from an administrator invitation bypass this additional public-signup review and receive the role assigned by that invitation.

3. Acceptable use

Your use of the Service must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, applicable laws, and the rules of the messaging providers and networks used for your sends.

You are responsible for your message content, for having an appropriate basis to contact each recipient, for accurately recording permission evidence when the Service asks for it, and for honouring opt-out or revocation requests.

4. Safety limits and sender review

SAMT may enforce account-level batch and volume ceilings, rate limits, repeated-failure safeguards, recipient suppression and sender-identity approval or review. These controls can block or delay sending even when a workspace preference would otherwise allow it.

Safety limits are not a guarantee that any particular use is lawful or accepted by a provider. You must not attempt to bypass or evade them.

5. Your content and data

You retain rights you hold in the numbers, lists, recipient data, message content and other data you provide (“Your Content”). You permit the Service to process Your Content as needed to operate the features you request, apply platform safety controls and maintain the Service.

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy & Data Protection notice.

6. Third-party and managed providers

The Service can integrate with third-party messaging providers and may also expose managed messaging infrastructure where configured. Provider availability, pricing, sender rules, throughput limits and delivery policies can change independently of SAMT.

Where you connect your own provider account, charges and contractual obligations for that account remain your responsibility. SAMT-managed messaging charges and limits are separate from workspace subscription fees and are shown or communicated through the applicable product flow.

7. Plans, billing and messaging charges

SAMT offers a Free workspace plan and a SAMT Pro workspace plan. The current SAMT Pro price is USD 40 per workspace per month. Existing beta accounts may retain grandfathered Pro access during the monetization rollout as shown in their Billing page.

SMS credit is prepaid separately and is not included in the Pro subscription. The current minimum SMS wallet top-up is USD 20. Provider charges, sender-registration costs, network fees or other channel-specific costs may also apply independently of the SAMT workspace plan.

Where SAMT uses manual USDT settlement, submitting a transaction reference does not activate service or credit a wallet until the payment has been reviewed and approved by the platform operator. Prices, entitlements and payment methods may change prospectively as the Service evolves; the applicable product flow will show the current commercial terms before purchase.

8. Service availability

The Service continues to evolve. We work to keep it available and reliable, but availability can depend on infrastructure, messaging providers and networks outside SAMT’s control. Features may be modified, restricted or discontinued where operational, security, abuse-prevention or provider requirements make that necessary.

9. Suspension & termination

Access or sending may be suspended or terminated if you breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, attempt to evade safety controls, create material risk for recipients or providers, or where action is reasonably needed to protect the Service or third parties.

Account suspension may revoke active sessions and prevent queued messaging work from being delivered. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Disclaimers & liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Provider acceptance, delivery, recipient response and legal compliance are not guaranteed by SAMT’s technical controls.

11. Your responsibility for claims

You are responsible for claims, losses or costs arising from your messaging activity, your content, your provider accounts or your breach of these Terms, subject to any rights or limits that cannot lawfully be excluded in your jurisdiction.

12. Changes & contact

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Questions about these Terms or SAMT can be sent to support@samt.run.

These Terms intentionally do not assert a specific governing jurisdiction, regulatory approval or compliance certification unless the operator has separately established and published it.
